Description
Mr. Jamyang Tenzin is a Lecturer in Information and Communication Technology at Gedu College of Business Studies, Royal University of Bhutan, where he has been serving since 2008. He holds a Master of Computer Applications with First Division and has further strengthened his academic practice through international training, including University Teaching Practice from Vrije University, Amsterdam.

He has held several key roles, including Controller of Examinations (2011–2017), Staff Advisor of Examinations, and Dean of Academic Affairs (2019–2022), and currently serves as an External Examiner for the BBA programme at Royal Thimphu College. His teaching areas cover a wide range of computing modules, including Introduction to Computer and Business Applications, Database Management Systems, Management Information Systems, Programming Fundamentals, Web Development, Computer Networks, Data Visualization, Artificial Intelligence, and Deep Learning and Neural Networks.

Mr. Tenzin has contributed significantly to institutional digitalization by developing systems such as an Examination Result Management System, a Real Estate Complaint Management System, and an Online Admission Portal.
He is also actively involved in research and consultancy, supervising student research and securing research grants. His contributions have been recognized with the Service Excellence Award and the 10 Years Dedicated Service Award.

Overall, he is a committed educator and innovator contributing to academic excellence and institutional development in Bhutan.
