Gedu College of Business Studies (GCBS), Royal University of Bhutan, is pleased to announce the shortlisted candidates for the GCBS Entrance Test (GET), scheduled on 25 April 2026 for July 2026 admission.
For the academic year July 2026, the total intake is 230 candidates under Category A programmes:
- Bachelor of Accounting
- Bachelor of Finance and Economics
- Bachelor of Banking and Financial Services
- Bachelor of Business Intelligence
The total intake is 130 candidates under Category B programmes:
- Bachelor of Business Management
- Bachelor of Human Capital Management
- Bachelor of Marketing (Digital & Communication)
Please note that 30% of the total intake within each category will be allocated to self-financed students, as stated in the RUB admission announcement.

Important Note
- The allocation of the test centre and test room will be announced separately, along with the GET guidelines, on 21 April 2026.
- Candidates already admitted into programmes in other colleges before the scheduled test date are not eligible for GET, and their names will be removed from the list.
- Shortlisted candidates are requested to contact 17685475 (WhatsApp preferred) if you either need to update your phone number or be included in the self-financed option.

ADMISSION CONFIRMATION
All applicants who have accepted the offer of admission are required to pay the confirmation fee in order to secure their seat in the programme. Please read the following instructions carefully and complete all steps within the given deadline.
a. Confirmation Fee Payment (Security Deposit)
A security deposit of Nu. 5,000 must be paid on or before 17 May 2026 (5:00 PM). Failure to make the payment within the deadline will result in cancellation of your admission, and the seat will be offered to the next standby applicant.
Payment Instructions:
- Deposit Nu. 5,000 to Gedu College of Business Studies using the following bank details:

- While making the payment, you must enter your correct CID number in the payment Purpose or Remarks section. This is mandatory for verification.
- Take a clear screenshot of the successful transaction.

Submission of the payment screenshot is compulsory. Incomplete submissions or incorrect details may delay or prevent verification.
b. Terms and Conditions:
- The security deposit is non-refundable if the candidate fails to report to the college after confirmation.
- For students who report to the college, the amount will be retained as a security deposit until graduation, subject to applicable terms and conditions.
Verification Process:
All submitted payments will be verified by the Finance Office. Only verified payments will confirm your admission status.
Mandatory WhatsApp Group Joining
All applicants are required to join the official GCBS WhatsApp group after accepting the offer. This group will be used as the primary channel for important announcements, updates, deadlines, and instructions related to admission and enrollment.
