Before applying, please read the instructions carefully and ensure you understand and meet the admission requirements. Who Can Apply? Students who have passed Class XII and meet the eligibility criteria. (Check eligibility). Applicants with a strong preference and commitment to completing a 4-year business program. When to Apply? Take your time to explore the programs before making a decision. Once sure of your eligibility and interest, click “Agree” and proceed with your application via the GCBS Admission Portal. Applications are final once submitted; changes to the program category are not allowed. Last date for online registration: 15 March 2025. Application Conditions Choose only one program category: Category A: Bachelor of Accounting, Bachelor of Business Intelligence, or Bachelor of Finance & Economics. Category B: Bachelor of Business Management, Bachelor of Human Capital Management, or Bachelor of Marketing (Digital & Communication). Funding Options: Higher-Education Grant (Government Scholarship) Self-Financed Ensure your personal details are correct and your contact number remains active. Successful application submission will be confirmed via a notification with your application number.

1. What happens after you have applied? After you apply, your application will be reviewed and you may be shortlisted for the GCBS Entrance Test (GET) based on your merit ranking from the Ability Rating Points of your Class XII marks. The admission criteria can be found here: RUB Admission Criteria Programme Category Shortlisting: Programme Category A: At least 700 students Programme Category B: At least 400 students Please note, GCBS does not require prior subject knowledge for the programmes you apply to. 2. The GCBS Entrance Test (GET) The GET will take place online (at designated centres) on 21 April 2025 and will consist of three components: i. Personal Statement This is your chance to express why you're motivated to apply to the programme(s) you're interested in. You may submit a personal statement for all three programmes if you wish to apply for more than one, but each statement should be between 200-250 words. Important: If you do not submit a personal statement for a particular programme, your application for that programme will not be considered. What GCBS is looking for: Genuine enthusiasm for the programme(s) Your suitability for the programme(s) What makes you a strong candidate for the programme(s) ii. Personality Trait We will use the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) to assess your personality type and match it with your preferred programme category. This will help us better understand your strengths and fit for the programmes. iii. Aptitude Test The aptitude test will evaluate your competency in: Language Quantitative Aptitude Logical Reasoning Awareness of Global Affairs

Selection Process Overview For each programme category, candidates with a valid Citizenship ID will be merit-ranked based on a combination of Ability Rating Points and the GET result. The selection will be based on the following weighted criteria: Selection Criteria (Weights): 60% – Ability Rating Points 10% – Personal Statement 10% – Personality Trait Test 20% – Aptitude Test The final merit ranking will be conducted on 2-3 May 2025. Offer of Admission If shortlisted, the GCBS admission team will contact you via phone and offer a conditional place on the programme. Upon receiving the call, you must confirm your acceptance promptly. Important: Ensure that you have made prior decisions and considered alternative options, as your acceptance must be confirmed immediately upon the call.

Confirmation of Admission Once you have accepted the offer of admission, you must confirm your place in the programme by paying the confirmation fee (security deposit). Here are the key steps: Security Deposit Details: Amount: Nu. 7500 Due Date: Payment must be made within 2 weeks (by 17 May 2025). Failure to do so will result in your seat being offered to the next standby applicant(s). Refund Policy: The security deposit is non-refundable if you do not report to the college. Retention Policy: For students who report to the college, the deposit will be retained as a Security Deposit until graduation (subject to terms and conditions).
