    Dr. Manju Shree Pradhan is a dedicated academic and researcher with over eleven years of experience at the Gedu College of Business Studies, Royal University of Bhutan. She specializes in business education, human capital management, and workplace learning, with a strong record of integrating research insights into innovative teaching practices.\\\\r\\\\n\\\\r\\\\nHolding a PhD in Business Administration from Naresuan University, Thailand, Dr. Pradhan has made significant contributions to curriculum development, program leadership, and student mentorship. As the Head of the Bachelor of Human Capital Management (BHCM) Programme, she provides strategic direction, oversees academic quality assurance, and fosters industry-academia collaboration to enhance program relevance and graduate employability.\\\\r\\\\n\\\\r\\\\nHer research focuses on informal workplace learning, competency development, employability, leadership, and economic resilience, with several SCOPUS-indexed publications and competitive research grants to her credit. She has also served as a reviewer, research mentor, and panel member in university academic and recruitment committees.\\\\r\\\\n\\\\r\\\\nDr. Pradhan is committed to advancing evidence-based teaching, promoting student-centered learning, and contributing to Bhutan’s higher education excellence through research, innovation, and leadership
