    Mr. Dawa Drakpa is a lecturer at Gedu College of Business Studies, Royal University of\r\nBhutan, where he has been teaching since 2011. With over a decade of academic\r\nexperience, he specializes in Entrepreneurship, Corporate Governance, Business\r\nEnvironment, and Research Methodology. He also serves as the Module Coordinator\r\nfor Corporate Governance and contributes actively as a member of several key\r\nacademic and research committees. He holds a Master of Development Policy from the\r\nKDI School of Public Policy and Management in South Korea and a Bachelor of\r\nBusiness Administration in Finance from Gedu College of Business Studies. His\r\npostgraduate thesis explored Bhutan’s approach to sustainable development through\r\nthe lens of Gross National Happiness in education and health.\r\nMr. Drakpa’s research interests focus on development policy, sustainability,\r\nentrepreneurship, and the intersection between academic research and national policy.\r\nHis publications appear in several Scopus-indexed and international journals, covering\r\ntopics such as entrepreneurial intention, e-payment adoption, corporate governance,\r\nand education policy.\r\nApart from research endeavors, Mr. Dawa Drakpa has been involved in consultancy\r\nprojects. Some notable projects include categorizing rural housing insurance for Royal\r\nInsurance Corporation of Bhutan Limited (2011), conducting a customer satisfaction\r\nsurvey for Bhutan Development Bank Limited in 2012, and undertaking an impact\r\nassessment of fiscal incentives for the Department of Revenue and Customs, Ministry\r\nof Finance, Bhutan in 2020.
