    Mr. Bal Krishna Sapkota is an Assistant Lecturer in the Faculty of Human Capital Management at Gedu College of Business Studies. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree with a specialization in Human Resource Management from the same institution. Having joined GCBS as a faculty member immediately after graduation in 2025, Mr. Sapkota represents the new generation of educators who bring enthusiasm, creativity, and a learner-centered approach to teaching.\r\n\r\nHis academic and professional interests lie in areas such as Human Resource Analytics, Strategic Human Capital Management, Organizational Behavior, and Industrial Relations. As a young academic, Mr. Sapkota believes in continuous learning, innovation in pedagogy, and fostering a collaborative learning environment that encourages critical thinking and professional growth among students.
