    Mr Dalston Pung is a Singaporean professional with extensive experience in venture capital, corporate finance, accounting, and governance. Before joining the Royal University of Bhutan, he built his career across different international markets, working in corporate advisory and consultancy roles where he focused on financial strategy, organisational growth, and governance structures.\r\n\r\nA Chartered Certified Accountant (ACCA) by profession, Mr Pung also holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Finance from the University of London, a Professional Certificate in Investment and Securities from the Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment (CISI), and is currently pursuing a Master of Laws (LLM) in Corporate Governance at the University of Cumbria as part of his interest for life-long learning. His professional journey has allowed him to engage with diverse industries, providing him with a global outlook and a strong foundation in strategic decision-making. Mr Pung also invests in technology startups and has been involved in working with Family Offices to commercialise blockchain technology ventures — specifically in Blockchain Fintech, Non-Fungible Token (NFT) projects, and eSports blockchain startups.\r\n\r\nBringing this wealth of international expertise to Bhutan, Mr Pung now serves as President of Gedu College of Business Studies and Consultant at His Majesty’s Secretariat Office. He is committed to advancing business and management education in alignment with Bhutan’s national priorities and emerging global opportunities. His aim is to build a forward-looking business college through international accreditations.
