arma Yezer is currently on Study Leave.  Prior to leaving for higher study, he was serving the college as BBA Programme Leader (2017-2020). He is a Lecturer in the Faculty of Human Resources; joined the college as an academic in 2010.

Some of Mr. Karma’s interest of teaching include: Academic Skills, Human Resource Management, Organizational Behavior, Training and Development, Performance Management, Industrial Relations, Business Law, Labour Welfare and Research Methods.

He has also served as Secretary to Institute Academic Committee, Area coordinator for language modules, and Staff Advisor to GSEC (Global Skills Enhancement Centre).
