shering Lhamo is an associate lecturer in the Faculty of Human Resources at Gedu College of Business Studies, Royal University of Bhutan.

Since joining the institute as an academic in 2007, Tshering has taught Fundamentals of HRM, Training and Development, Performance Management, Staffing, Negotiation, Training and Development, International HRM and Business Research Methods for undergraduate programmes of BBA and B.Com.

Tshering has contributed to over five publications including book chapters, peer reviewed journal articles and conference proceedings mostly funded through the Annual University Research Grant of the Royal University of Bhutan.

Prior to joining the teaching profession with the University, Tshering worked as an Assistant Finance Officer for the Bhutan Power Corporation Limited. Her current research interests are in area of negotiation, knowledge management and cultural implications.
