inchenDorji is a full time faculty at Gedu College of Business Studies, Royal University of Bhutan. He has an MBA (International Business) from Department of Business Administration, Aligarh Muslim University, India. He completed his post-graduate studies in 2017. He has graduated his undergraduate programme in BBA (Accounting) from Gedu College of Business studies, Royal University of Bhutan in 2011.
He joined Gedu College of Business Studies in 2011. During his 7 years of teaching profession, he taught Accounting Principles, Accounting for Managers, Strategic Management and International Business.
His research experience includes: National Survey for Rural House Classification in 2011 and Resource Inventory and Business Opportunity for Cottage and Small Industry under production and manufacturing sectors in 2015. A paper on ‘Higher Education and Employment: Challenges in Bhutan’ has been published in 2012 and ‘A Study of Export and Marketing Potential of Bhutanese Cardamom: Towards Sustainable Agro-Economic Strategy’ has been published in 2017. Till date he has guided few undergraduate research projects. He also guided MBA Consultancy Project on ‘Market Analysis of Organic Vegetables in Punakha and Wangdue Dzongkhag’ for College of Natural Resources. In addition, he resourced Entrepreneurship Training to Start-Up Entrepreneurs of Rural Enterprise Development Corporation Limited.
His current research interests are in the areas of entrepreneurship, business management, and sustainable development.
