enzin Rabgay has been serving as a Lecturer in Entrepreneurship and Corporate Governance at Gedu College of Business Studies since 2011. He is the Coordinator of Entrepreneurship Development Centre, and a member of College Research Committee. He is also a member of Accounting and Commerce Subject Committee of the Royal Education Council. Apart from
teaching, he actively engages in research, consulting, and training services. His research and training interest and credibility are in the area of entrepreneurship, design thinking, lean startup, human resource management, and corporate governance. Royal Civil Service Commission,
Ministry of Labour and Human Resources, Druk Holing and Investments, Institute for Management Studies, Rural Enterprise Development Corporation Limited, and IBest Training Institute are some of the organisations with whom Mr. Tenzin has been engaging in training and
consulting projects.
