Philosophy of Teaching and Learning
I believe that the very purpose of education is for Learning, Employment and Transformation (LET). Teaching/Learning should be designed judiciously to enable innovation.
I understand that every student is unique with different ability and learning style. Every student has to be treated with dignity. I always believe in inclusive classroom with positive learning environment where each child feels welcomed, comfortable and safe. I seek to inspire them in all aspects of their lives by helping them to develop their potentials. I am committed to carry out my duties with highest integrity and honesty.
