Philosophy of Teaching and Learning:

Higher education, in my opinion, is fundamentally about going beyond content proficiency. I put in a lot of effort to establish a learning atmosphere that encourages critical thinking and problem-solving. To become active members of society, all learners must comprehend not just the facts accessible in books and lectures, but also the questions they must ask based on the information they have learned. I anticipate the students to become self-directed learners who will tap into their natural curiosity about the content and push it even beyond. I regard myself and classroom work as a stepping stone for their further investigation.
