MBA(Finance) 2016 admission is open
Gaeddu College of Business Studies, Royal University of Bhutan, is pleased to announce that application to admission to MBA (Finance) Program for 2016 is now open. MBA (Finance) is a full time 18 months program. The total intake shall be 25 (20 full scholarship & 5 self funded). The candidates with a Bachelor degree and minimum two years work experience are encouraged to apply, along with the following documents:
- Completed application form ( .PDF .DOC)
- Copy of Undergraduate Degree Academic transcript
- Copy of Undergraduate Degree Certificate
- Copy of GST score (submitted by applicant after declaration of GST result)
- Work experience certificate signed and attested by supervisor or employer (.PDF .DOC)
- No objection certificate from current employer
- Copy of Citizenship Identity Card
- Security Clearance Certificate

About the College
Located in Gedu, a town 45 km away from Phuentsholing, Gaeddu College of Business Studies is poised to be the only premier government college under the Royal University of Bhutan offering full time contemporary business and management education in the country.
The College has its campus spread over 289 acres of land four times larger than the other colleges under the Royal University of Bhutan. The original plan of the establishment was first conceived by His Majesty the Fourth King and the Royal Government.
In the 85th session of the National Assembly, the Parliament resolved to establish a premier government business A2180-606college at Gedu in the campus developed by the Tala Hydroelectric Project Authority (THPA) which is a joint project between the Government of India and the Royal Government of Bhutan. With the intension of establishing a full fledged premier business college at Gedu, the Royal University of Bhutan decided 70-523-Csharpto shift the faculty of Commerce from Sherubtse College to the newly established college.
The present Director General, Mr.Lhato Jamba was then appointed by the Royal Government as the Project Director to lay the foundation and supervise the modifications of the existing infrastructure into an educational institution. Subsequently he took over as the first director of the college.
